Mandy wasn't in episode one enough to really know her character well, but romantically anyone but Connor.
As for other things, like if she turns out to be evil, I actually hope that is the case.

Hmmm... If salome sees them together and picks a fight... I'm guessing she's a slayer and We know Slayers are stronger than Destroyers and Connors stronger than salome.... If I guessed right, salomes in for it.

Huh. I didn't even consider the possibility that she could be a Slayer in her first scene. Went straight to the "Connected to the Antagonist" option. Guilty until proven innocent and all that I guess.
EDIT: I want to clarify that it's not that I think she's evil or anything (though I'm not about to eliminate any possibilities after last season). I just... I don't know what the hell I thought. Still think. Something about her first scene gave me a Jasmine vibe. But I'm no empath demon.

Not sure if aired episodes count as spoilers, but why do they hate each other? maybe if connor made them call him master and acted like one, he wouldn't have so many problems with the other heroes

Why do who hate each other? Mandy and Salome?
Mandy doesn't trust demons, it's kind of been taught to her by the Watcher's Council.
Salome doesn't like Slayers. She didn't like Buffy or Kennedy... The only Slayer she really likes is Faith, who has a similar temperment. Also, Slayers so easily distrust her.

It's funny that Buffy would teach about not trusting demons after her past experiences with Clem, Spike and Angel, or that Angel didn't have an exception to that because of Groo, Doyle and Lorne

For the past two years, Buffy's been off doing her own thing, Angel's been first at Wolfram and Hart and then running from the Senior Partners, leaving the school in the hands of Giles, Faith and Kennedy (sad, but true). Giles and Kennedy are pretty prejudice against all demons. Faith is pretty much "except for Angel and Spike".
So all of the Slayers pretty much distrusts demons they meet on first glance.
Also... Salome and Mandy just don't like each other. There's always people like that. You don't really dislike them for a specific reason... You just know you don't like them.
I think Salome also likes to be the big girl on campus. Sure, Connor is stronger than her, but there's no girls around to threaten her status... And let's face it, Salome's got Connor by the short hairs.... So she feels very much in charge. But Mandy comes in, all Chosen and everything, and it's a threat to her.
Mandy, meanwhile, thinks that being a Slayer entitles her to the top spot. And she really doesn't like that some demon around who is almost as physically strong as her (and, with magic, AS strong or stronger). Not only that, but she is trust implicitly by everyone, including Connor (who, honestly, I do think Mandy would have pursued if not for the fact that Connor was in love with Salome)

Huh. I hadn't thought of that. I supposed she should, just to keep up Salome's streak of getting thrown out windows.
And everyone's in love with Connor because (1) He's the main character. (2) Dude, look at him!

Sorry... I pretty much automatically assume people are girls (in fandom, I find like 80% of the people are women). It seems TNP has a lot of guys thought.... Almost exclusively, actually.
