Does anyone know if or when the Spike spinoff movie is going to air on TV or be played in theatres? Just curious.

IMDB is pretty up on writers and actors schedules of acting and writing jobs that have happened and that will happen. The ones that haven't are shown most of the time at least a year to two years in advance and neither Joss Whedon nor James Marsters is listed for any such movie. Neither is any other Buffy or Angel star or writer. I'm guessing this was just a rumor.

First of all, this is the wrong place to ask that question. There is a thread in "Everything Else" for season two updates.
Second of all, it will come. I'm working on it. But this episode is a very difficult one. Also, I've been incredibly depressed lately. I had to choose between writing the episode and getting myself to a place where I didn't loathe myself. I think I made the right choice in holding off on the ep.

I am writing a paper on an episode of Buffy and as background info I need the series premier date which I thought was March 10, 1997 however the DVD Box says March 3, 1997. Can someone help me out?

It's March 10th. If you have this problem just check multiple sources on the net. I checked BuffyWorld and Wikipedia so it should be right. The DVD boxes aren't especially reliable.

I have another question. I am getting conflicting information on the company Mutant Enemy. Some say it is closed some say it is continuing with Joss as the sole proprietor. Some say it is a company for his TV shows while others say it helped fund Serenity and will fund Goners.
What is the story? What is up with the company?

Mutant Enemy Productions was shut down shortly after Angel finished.
