Yeah, sorry folks. I know, lynch me.

I have to do some research for this episode on a subject I'm not terribly familiar with. I'm also giving my mother what I'm fondly calling "Connor 101". Meaning, we're sitting down and watching Connor episodes so she knows what the frik I'm talking about.

So it's taking longer than I expected. But hey, I'm trying to get us another Connor fan. Gotta give me points for that.

Hey, can I hijack this thread and bitch about your characters for a second? Thanks, I appreciate it.

I've outlined my story well enough that I know exactly what I want to do with it. I got a scene between Connor and Andrew out of the way, even managing a Star Wars reference completely at random. Now I'm trying to move along, but Jaime and Salome don't want to talk. At all. They only want to communicate through sign language. Possibly Pictionary. I don't think I can write Pictionary. Oni has a couple things to say but they don't make sense without a prompt from someone else and they're all just gawking at each other now. I might turn the whole thing into a staring contest soon.

Maybe there's a sign I'm supposed to be getting here. Hell if I know what it is.

Sorry about that. I'm hoping a little ranting helps, but I didn't know where else to do it. Here's hoping we both figure things out soon.

Okay, I was able to get started again. I wanted to research something about James Black III so I did some back reading and I... I... I've been spelling Jamie's name wrong THIS WHOLE TIME?

Geez, it's been over four months and I just now realized it. I wish I could blame it on dyslexia or alcohol or something.

Don't feel bad. I've spelt it Jaime HUNDRED of times in the first draft of the eps (only to be caught by Pablo before the finale draft is posted) and I fucking named him.

I gave Emcee a private message about a problem I am having, but I figured as long as I can still post on the forum I'll ask thewindfish as well, although now that I think about it I might ask thewindfish through a private message as well.
I am at school posting on the forum because my home computer will not allow me to login to anything or post anything on the internet. If this proceeds I need to know if there is a way to post without loging in (although I am no longer sure that will work) and since school is merely weeks away from ending I would like to continue posting as long as possible. If you have any advice please I would like your help.
On another note, I am curious as to how you can only watch just the Connor episodes. With shows like Buffy and Angel there is so much detail you would almost need to go back to Buffy season one to make her understand even about Connor.

I sent this as a PM, but I better post it here too just in case you can't get to it, BuffyFan.

I'm not sure what the problem could be. These will be slightly random guesses that I've used to solve problems before.

You were able to use your computer previously for logging in, right? I'm assuming you're using a version of Windows and Internet Explorer, let me know if I'm wrong. If you're using AOL or something like it... I'm not sure if any of this will help.

One thing I'd do is delete your cookies. If don't know how, let me know and I can try to help.

Do you have any virus or spyware detection software? If you do, you could try running those to see if they catch anything.

If you have a version of Windows that has System Restore, you could try using that to go back to a date when you knew you were able to log in. Just make sure you save any thing you might not want to lose onto disk (though I don't think you'd lose anything, making a backup is just to be safe).

If the problem is just Internet Explorer (or some other browser), maybe you could try downloading Firefox? I need to download that myself.

That's all I can think of right now. I hope someone else can give you a more concrete answer. Let me know if none of that helped.

My mum has seen all of Buffy and Angel S1. And she knows the story of the Angel series (all the way through to the end). She just hasn't physically SEEN it. And now we've watched most of S3. By the time we're done, pretty much the only season she'll be a bit foggy on is S2.
