Salome: Purple Haze

I have no doubt Salome will eventually have to make a choice. But I think it's even more complicated than just Connor v Illyria. Illyria's wishes don't really mesh with what we know of the Nyazian High Council. Really, I think poor Sal serves three masters

The current episode is Sisters. What I am curious about is if any character besides Connor and Oni will ever find out about Salome's miscarrage and if so how will it effect them and/or Salome and Connor and also how is it currently effecting her now? Isd she just still in denial?
