Swearing isn't evil but it is wrong. And there are a number of times when both Willow and Tara clearly used the term Goddess in the blasphemous way. Such as the last episode when she is giving the slayer power to all the potentials. She says Oh! My! Goddess!
As for the amnesia bit, just because a person has amnesia doesn't mean they aren't the same person. The marks would count.

I though according to emcee we couldn't deal in absolutes
Anyway, it's not blasphemy, Willow isn't christian, and by that time she's not really jewish either, so there's no reason for her to have anything to do with non-paganism

I know that some of you think this is stupid or wrong or weird or that my marks are wrong etc. but this is in all good fun with someone who has time on their hands.
As for what I said about Buffy season 1, I redid it and am I glad I did. I also added Harmony to the Buffy list and dis the Angel side of everything so here is the list as it will stand finally.
